The Landscape Institute in Britain has launched a new website on landscape architecture careers aimed at young people to improve the number of students entering the subject. The website aims to help prospective students understand more about the profession and the career paths that landscape architects can take.

The website includes key information on the various projects landscape architects can expect to work on, industry and salary information, accredited courses in the UK and advice and guidance. The information on the website was gained from surveys of +450 landscape professionals and over 100 students. ‘Be a Landscape Architect’ will be promoted widely in the new year. The website attempts to tackle the decreasing number of students entering the subject each year in the UK.

The website can be found at 'Be a Landscape Architect'.
