Street Delivery photo exhibition vernisage
Some months ago we reported on the Street delivery in Bucharest and the associated international workshop (http://www.le-notre.org/public_lni/news_show_details.php?news_id=433). The workshop itself will have a follow up in Vienna the coming days (with a further workshop in Paris coming months, to explore urban public space situations), while the event in Bucharest already had. Some weeks ago we reported on Train delivery, and since then there have been some other street festivals.
The association Bucurestiul meu drag (My beloved Bucharest) organised a photo exhibition on the windows of the Foto hobby store in the historic centre of Bucharest. 58 photographers, including the reporter, were included, with 1-5 postcard sized street photography images taken during the Street Delivery event. The association visited the event as well and gave photographers a sign of participation, then, as well as now.
Vernisage took place on the 20th of August 2014. The photographs are to be kept in pace as long as possible and contribute to urban public space.
